TERMS

1 - RATES

Prices for different services will be given as estimates before a final global price. Prices will be given in euros (€).

2 - TERMS OF PAYMENT

Billing conditions are the following :
The payment of a deposit of 30% of the amount provided for the specifications will be required with the signing and the mention "agreed and signed" to book the date of the event; the remaining amount will be required 1 month at the latest before the event.

3 - TAKING ORDERS

For a perfect service, it is necessary to book at least 48 hours in advance and for the best possible service, please make your reservations as soon as possible. To guarantee product quality and freshness, the Chef remains dependent on the market and may therefore have to change the available menus.

4 - CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation, compensation will be retained based on the amount originally billed: 4 weeks before of the service, the amount of the cancellation will be refunded. Between 4 weeks and 1 week before, 50% of the amount will be refunded and 1 week or less before the date, the total of the invoice will be retained.

5 - CLAIMS

6 - LITIGATIONS

For any unsettlement, any dispute will be of the sole competence of the Court of Law in Cannes, Head Office of the company ALLIANCE BEAUTE & SAVEUR. Any order with the company ALLIANCE BEAUTE & SAVEUR implies acceptance of the present General Sales Conditions.
